$175.00 per session for individual therapy

$45 per session for the 8 week groups

 

Therapy is an investment.

 

You are searching for answers to the problems you have; you want someone skilled and knowledgeable to help you with your mental health issues; to help you make long term positive changes. You are worth it.

*If you have BCBS TX, please contact your provider to confirm you have mental health benefits, and whether there is a specific "carve out" provider other than BCBS TX.

Can I see you regardless of the insurance I have?

​

This is called Out of Network benefits. As an out of network provider, I can file your insurance claim for those insurances that I do not accept, or I am not in network with. Please note your payment is due at the time of service, and any reimbursement will be mailed directly to you.

To utilize out-of-network benefits, take the following steps:

2. • What is my out-of-network deductible for outpatient mental health?

   • How much of my deductible has been met this year?

   • What is my out-of-network coinsurance for outpatient mental health?

   • Do I need a referral for out-of-network services?

Can I use EAP?

​

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits are offered to employees. These benefits allow a certain number of therapy session that are covered by the employer with no out of pocket costs to you. Please contact your HR department to see if your company offers EAP benefits.
