Service Description

This 8-week class is more than a group - it's a coming together to use creative ways to build self esteem, confidence, and community. Drenched in "Lit-ness" teen girls will be challenged to grow and change using methods like music, movement, mentoring, mindfulness, and team building. At the completion of this group, they will have the skills do deal with, well, LIFE!
